Yeah, I acutally covered that in the rules post, although I should probably make it a little more prominent. So, yes other changes can be made/prompts can be used as you like, but those changes should be there to serve the main prompt. So your example works fine, because the point of that particular remix would be "Rodney is a cisgendered woman" and the rest of the changes would be there to serve that prompt.

It's like Kink Bingo where you can use as many kinks in the fic as you like but the square you're writing for using has to be prominent.
